2024 Senior D Mini-Concert
Date: 11/05/2024
The Hong Kong Children's Choir organises a range of performances every year for its members to gain hands-on experience in performing onstage. Under the baton of conductor Kenix Tsang and accompanist Alexander Wong, 2024 Senior D Mini-Concert was successfully held at West Kowloon Centre Recital Hall on 11 May.
The concert featured a unique selection of songs that conveyed the messages of hope and peace through choral singing, including I Just Want to Sing, which expresses the joy of singing; Exsultate Deo, which inspires the world to praise God; Never Never Land, a piece about dream and dream-making; A Bright New Sunny Day, a prayer for world peace; and Flight Song, which encourages people to be courageous. The concert came to a successful close with Some Kind of Love, a piece embodying the hope for ideals and love in our hearts.
