Alumni Chapter

The Hong Kong Children's Choir (HKCC) Alumni Chapter was founded in 2011, with the mission to identify and foster relationships among alumni, promote and encourage lifelong interests in choral music and support HKCC as one of the best and biggest choirs in the world. HKCC Alumni Choir took part in many historical performances of HKCC, such as the 35th, 40th and 50th anniversary concerts as well as the Dedication Concert to Mr Chan Ho-choi.

 

Previous performing conductors include Ms Chan Siu-kwan, Mr Joe Chan, Mr Ronnie Cheng, Ms Jane Lau, Mr Alex Tam, etc. In 2012, HKCC Alumni Choir hosted a charity concert to raise fund for Suen Mei Hearing and Speech Center. The Alumni Choir is invited to perform in various occasions, including Verdi's Requiem with The Learners' Chorus and with SAR Philharmonic Orchestra, in 2012 and 2013 respectively, Hong Kong Arts Festival "No Limit: King's Arthur" performance in 2019, and Carmina Burana with The Learners' Chorus in 2019.
